The stay
Designed by Herriot Melhuish O’Neill, Seven Centurion is positioned directly on Willow Pond with uninterrupted views towards The Remarkables. Soaring gable ceilings and full-height glazing bring the landscape into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space.
Days flow naturally from mountain or fairway to the sheltered outdoor fireplace, waterfront firepit and relaxed dining areas. Inside, the media room gives the group a second place to unwind, while four ensuite bedrooms mean nobody draws the short straw.
This is a practical luxury home as much as a beautiful one: fully ducted heating and cooling, heated bathroom floors, dedicated laundry, heated ski storage, oversized garage and room for the equipment that Queenstown holidays tend to collect.

Winter
Start close to The Remarkables access road, return to a heated ski cupboard, warm bathrooms and space for everyone’s gear. The oversized garage makes self-drive mountain days straightforward.
Spring to autumn
Jack’s Point’s 18-hole par 72 championship course is in the neighbourhood, with a wider Queenstown golf circuit within easy reach. Come home for drinks beside the pond and dinner from the outdoor grill.
Sleeping arrangements
The standard configuration sleeps eight guests. A media-room sofa bed can accommodate up to two additional guests by prior approval and at an additional charge.

The home sits in a quiet end-of-road waterfront position within Jack’s Point, with local walking and biking trails, the golf course, Queenstown Airport and The Remarkables access road all close by.

A car is recommended for maximum flexibility, particularly for skiing and golf. Private driveway parking is available for three or more vehicles, and guests have garage access.
Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are subject to cleaning schedules and adjacent bookings.
A mandatory NZ$450 exit cleaning and linen fee is added to the nightly accommodation rate. A refundable NZ$1,000 security bond is payable with the booking and, subject to any permitted deductions, is refunded within two days after departure.
Once confirmed, a cancellation more than seven days before check-in incurs a charge of 50% of the accommodation amount. A cancellation seven days or less before check-in incurs a charge of 100% of the accommodation amount.
The house rules are sent with the booking confirmation and form part of the confirmed booking.
