How booking enquiry information is used

Information submitted through the direct booking form is used to respond to the enquiry, assess availability, prepare a quote and administer a booking if one is agreed. It should not be used for unrelated marketing unless the guest separately agrees.

The site owner must update this notice before launch with the legal entity operating the accommodation, an email address for privacy requests, the hosting and form providers used, data-retention settings, payment processor details and any cross-border storage disclosures.
