Direct booking terms

These terms apply to direct bookings at Seven Centurion. The nightly accommodation rate, mandatory cleaning and linen fee, security bond and any approved extra-guest charge will be itemised in the booking confirmation.

Booking confirmation

An enquiry or request submitted through this website is not a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only when availability, the total price and these terms have been accepted in writing and the payments required at confirmation have cleared.

Rates and mandatory charges

The quoted nightly rate is for accommodation only. A mandatory NZ$450 exit cleaning and linen fee is payable in addition to the nightly rate.

A refundable NZ$1,000 security bond is payable when the booking is confirmed. Subject to any deduction for damage, loss, excessive cleaning or another breach of the booking terms or house rules, the bond will be refunded within two days after departure.

Cancellation policy

Once a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation charges apply:

• More than seven days before check-in: 50% of the accommodation charge is payable.
• Seven days or less before check-in: 100% of the accommodation charge is payable.

The applicable cancellation charge remains payable whether or not the full accommodation balance has already been collected.

Occupancy

Standard occupancy is eight guests. Nine or ten guests require prior written approval and may incur an extra charge. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is before 10:00 am unless otherwise agreed in writing.

House rules

The property’s house rules will be sent with confirmation of the booking. They form part of the confirmed booking and must be followed by all guests and visitors.

Travel risk

Guests should arrange appropriate travel insurance. Weather, road conditions, flight disruption and ski-area operations are outside the accommodation provider’s control.
